RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Orders may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging in an unworn or unused condition.  Merchandise that is purchased should be returned to Heaven and Earth Creations prepaid and insured. You may either exchange the item for another or take a store credit, valid for three months.  There are no refunds.  Sale items, exchanged items and special orders are final sales and may not be exchanged.  Heaven and Earth Creations must be notified immediately upon decision to return to anticipate efficient handling of items.  ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We ship USPS Monday - Friday within the United States.  International orders are shipped USPS international air.  In order to create a friendly shopping environment, we have decided to offer a $7.00 flat rate for shipping.  At times, the minimal shipping and handling charge of $7.00 may be adjusted to cover any additional shipping expenses that are included on heavier items.  Heaven and Earth Creations reserves the right to bill for any additional unexpected shipping costs.  We strive to ship all instock orders within 5 business days (excluding all weekends and holidays). Delivery charges are calculated depending on the shipping method and value of the package.  See your order form for the exact amount, which is calculated when you add your item to the cart.

Please be aware that special orders and items that may need to be recreated could take up to two weeks to be shipped.  This varies with each artist.  In addition, special orders under certain circumstances may take longer, and Heaven and Earth Creations will notify you by email. 

It is not uncommon for an order of multiple items to be received at different times.  Please realize that Heaven and Earth Creations is a  cooperative gallery and online store of multiple artists and multiple items originating from different locations.  If there are any concerns, you may contact Michelle Veder personally at Heaven and Earth Creations.

LOST PARCELS

HeavenandEarthCreations.com is not responsible for the lost/missing insured parcels during the transportation.  In case of such an event that the insured parcel is missing or lost, HeavenandEarthCreations.com will submit the insurance claim for the customer.  HeavenandEarthCreations.com cannot credit customer's account until the insurance claim is successfully resolved, and HeavenandEarthCreations.com receives the funds from the shipper. Also, the shipping charge for the lost parcels is excluded from the insurance coverage, and HeavenandEarth.com cannot credit/refund the original shipping charge.  Please note the USPS shipment policy requires a 60-day waiting period before submitting for an insurance claim.  Thank you for your understanding and please forward any concerns to Michelle Veder personally at Heaven and Earth Creations.
